1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website of QUOLIX S.A.S. (hereinafter, “QUOLIX”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with Tax ID (NIT) 902083213-1.
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as QUOLIX's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the site.
Access to the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions. For certain features (forms, demos, commercial requests), additional express acceptance may be required via a checkbox or an equivalent mechanism, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
2. Purpose of the Website
The website is intended to provide information about:
- QUOLIX products and services.
- AI-based Cloud customer service.
- Artificial Intelligence applied to business.
- AI agents and conversational assistants.
- Chatbots and natural language interfaces.
- Artificial intelligence SaaS platform.
- Commercial requests and quotes.
- Customer service and support.
- Informational resources, blogs, and success stories.
All information published is for informational purposes only and may be changed without prior notice. Product descriptions, demonstrations, screenshots, and integrations shown are illustrative and may vary depending on the specific implementation contracted by each client.
3. Permitted Use
The user may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Colombian law. It is expressly prohibited to:
- Attempt to breach, circumvent, or compromise the site's security.
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data belonging to QUOLIX or third parties.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
- Perform mass scraping, automated crawling, or systematic data extraction without authorization.
- Introduce, transmit, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Alter, interfere with, or disrupt the normal operation of the site.
- Impersonate QUOLIX, its employees, collaborators, or any third party.
- Use automated robots, bots, or scripts that affect the performance or availability of the service.
- Post or transmit illegal, defamatory, misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in the corresponding legal actions under Colombian law, including Law 1273 of 2009 (cybercrime).
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the site belongs to QUOLIX or its respective owners, and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws (Law 23 of 1982, Andean Community Decision 351 of 1993). This includes, without limitation:
- The QUOLIX trademark and its variants.
- Logos, isotype, and visual identity elements.
- Graphic design and user interfaces.
- Source code, scripts, and site architecture.
- Texts, articles, blogs, and documentation.
- Photographs, videos, animations, and iconography.
- Diagrams, infographics, and technical materials.
- The platform, tools, and AI models that QUOLIX makes available as a Cloud Service (SaaS).
- Proprietary knowledge bases, datasets, and methodologies.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, public communication, or any other form of exploitation of the content without prior written authorization from QUOLIX or the relevant owner is expressly prohibited.
Access to the site does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over QUOLIX's content, other than the limited right of personal, non-commercial use necessary to browse the site. Access to and use of the QUOLIX platform as a Cloud Service (SaaS) is governed exclusively by the Terms of Service and the Client's active subscription.
5. Accuracy of Information
QUOLIX strives to keep the information published on the site up to date and accurate. However:
- It does not guarantee that all information will remain current at all times.
- It does not guarantee the complete absence of typographical, technical, or content errors.
- It may change the features, prices, availability, and conditions of products and services at any time and without prior notice.
- Product demonstrations, screenshots, and integration examples are illustrative and may differ from the final version implemented for each client.
- Results, metrics, or success stories shown correspond to specific implementations and do not constitute a guarantee of results for future projects.
The information published on the site does not constitute technical, legal, financial, or any other type of advice. For specific, binding information about products and services, the user should contact the QUOLIX sales team directly.
6. Site Availability
QUOLIX will make reasonable efforts to keep the website operational. However, the site may be suspended, interrupted, or temporarily affected by:
- Scheduled or corrective maintenance.
- Software, hardware, or infrastructure updates.
- Functionality or security improvements.
- Technical failures of internet or cloud service providers.
- Cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, or other cybersecurity threats.
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond QUOLIX's reasonable control.
QUOLIX does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability of the site and will not be liable for any losses arising from its temporary suspension or interruption.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The site may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites (integration platforms, productivity tools, social networks, among others). QUOLIX does not control such sites and, accordingly, assumes no responsibility for:
- The content, accuracy, or timeliness of the information published on them.
- The security, privacy, or data protection conditions that apply.
- The internal policies, terms of use, or commercial conditions of such sites.
- The availability or continuity of services provided by third parties.
- Any damage or harm arising from the use of linked sites.
The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, association, or sponsorship by QUOLIX of the linked site or content.
8. Forms and Processing of Personal Data
By filling out any form available on the site (contact, commercial request, content subscription, demos, among others), the user warrants that:
- The information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.
- They have full authorization and legal capacity to provide it.
- They are not impersonating a third party or acting on behalf of someone else without due authorization.
Authorization for processing: by submitting a form, the user grants QUOLIX express authorization to process their personal data for the purposes indicated in each form and detailed in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
QUOLIX may contact the user using the information provided to handle the request made, send commercial information related to its services (when authorized to do so), and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Forms that involve the collection of personal data will include a link to the Privacy Policy and an acceptance checkbox or equivalent mechanism, as required by Colombian data protection regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Use of the website is at the user's sole responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Colombian law, QUOLIX will not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
- Interruptions, delays, or errors in the service not directly attributable to QUOLIX.
- Viruses, malware, or other harmful elements originating from linked third-party sites.
- Typographical, technical, or content errors in the information published.
- Economic or business losses arising from decisions made based on the site's information.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data caused by third parties, provided QUOLIX has implemented reasonable security measures.
This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by QUOLIX, nor does it exclude the rights that Colombian law imperatively grants to consumers and users.
10. Security
QUOLIX implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the website and the data transmitted through it, including the use of encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and threat monitoring.
However, no computer system can guarantee absolute protection against all existing threats. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their own computing environment (devices, passwords, networks) when accessing the site.
11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
QUOLIX's website may use cookies and similar technologies (tracking pixels, local storage, analytics scripts) for the following purposes:
- Technical or essential cookies: necessary for the site to function properly. They do not require consent.
- Analytics and statistics cookies: allow us to measure traffic, browsing behavior, and improve the user experience (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmap tools).
- Marketing and remarketing cookies: used to display relevant content on third-party platforms, subject to the user's prior consent.

12. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data collected through the site is governed by QUOLIX's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, QUOLIX acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through this site, and is registered (or in the process of registering) with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) in the National Database Registry (RNBD).
Data Subject Rights: every data subject whose personal data is processed by QUOLIX has the right to:
- Access: know, update, and rectify the personal data QUOLIX holds about you.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
- Cancellation / Deletion: request the deletion of your data when there is no legal obligation to retain it.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes or commercial communications.
- Withdraw the authorization granted for the processing of your personal data.
- File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) when you believe your rights have been violated.
Channel for exercising data subject rights: the data subject may exercise their rights by sending a written request to info@quolixai.com or the email address indicated in the Privacy Policy. QUOLIX will respond within the timeframes established by law (10 business days for inquiries, 15 business days for complaints, extendable as provided by the applicable regulations).
13. Minors
QUOLIX's website is not directed at minors under the age of 18. QUOLIX does not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If a parent or legal guardian believes their child has provided personal information through this site, they should contact us at info@quolixai.com so it can be removed immediately.
If QUOLIX becomes aware that it has collected data from a minor without the verifiable consent of their legal guardian, it will take the necessary steps to remove such information from its records.
14. Use of Artificial Intelligence on the Site
Consistent with QUOLIX's core business, the website may incorporate features based on Artificial Intelligence, such as:
- Chatbots and virtual assistants for handling inquiries.
- AI agents for guidance on products and services.
- Tools for demonstrating technological capabilities.
- Solution recommendation engines.
Informational nature of AI responses: responses generated by Artificial Intelligence components are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute binding technical, legal, financial, or commercial advice. Results may contain inaccuracies inherent to the technology and should not be the sole basis for decision-making.
Interactions with AI agents: when interacting with agents or chatbots on the site, the user acknowledges that they are communicating with an automated system. For inquiries requiring a binding response or formal negotiation, the user should contact QUOLIX's sales team directly.
Data entered in demos: the user is responsible for not entering sensitive personal information, confidential company data, or information protected by trade secret into demonstration tools, unless a confidentiality agreement has previously been signed with QUOLIX.
15. User-Contributed Content
If the site allows the user to upload files, enter data, or interact with demonstration tools that process user information:
- The user retains ownership and intellectual property rights over the content they contribute.
- By using such features, the user authorizes QUOLIX to process that content as part of the contracted Cloud Service, solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
- QUOLIX will not use the user's content to train AI models or for purposes other than providing the service, unless the user has given express authorization.
- The user warrants that the content contributed does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
16. Changes to the Terms
QUOLIX reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Effective date of changes: modifications will take effect once published on this website or on the date indicated in the new version, whichever is later.
Notification: QUOLIX will make reasonable efforts to notify significant changes through the website (notice banner) or, where applicable, by email to registered users.
Continued use of the website after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the changes introduced. If the user does not agree with the modifications, they must stop using the site.
Users are encouraged to periodically review these Terms, especially before using the site's forms or interactive tools.
17. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Preliminary mechanism — direct negotiation: in the event of any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through direct communication with the QUOLIX team via the channels indicated in the contact clause, allowing a period of fifteen (15) business days to reach an amicable solution.
Conciliation: if no agreement is reached through direct negotiation, the parties may turn to a legally recognized Conciliation Center in the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, as a step prior to judicial proceedings.
Jurisdiction: for all applicable legal purposes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts and tribunals of the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, expressly waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply to them.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the user's right to approach the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) in exercising their rights as a consumer or data subject.
